Dried Tomato Pesto

Dried Tomato Pesto, or Red Pesto or also Pesto Rosso, is made from a mixture of dried tomatoes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic and spices.

This recipe is made by us from the preparation of the dried tomatoes and then its transformation into pesto.
